14-day guarantee
If you're on a new paid plan and it isn't the right fit, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund — no forms, no friction.
Renewals
Renewal charges aren't automatically refundable, but we send a reminder before every renewal so nothing catches you by surprise. Reach out if a renewal slipped past you and we'll make it right.
How to request one
Email billing@asoc.io from your account address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
